Vores badehotelsmiddag tager udgangspunkt i det, der omgiver os.
Naturen, havet og de lokale producenter er fundamentet for hver servering.
Vi arbejder tæt sammen med dygtige leverandører i nærområdet og lader sæsonen sætte retningen.
Vildt hentes fra naturen omkring os, frilandsfjerkræ kommer fra Elias i Rubjerg og grøntsagerne leveres af Rasmus fra Trudslev Grønt i Løkken. Fisken kommer fra Vesterhavet, og når muligheden byder sig, samler vi selv urter og smage i naturen omkring badehotellet.
Det er køkkenets måde at bringe omgivelserne helt ind på tallerkenen.

Our Badehotel dinner is rooted in what surrounds us.
Nature, the sea, and local producers form the foundation of every serving.
We work closely with skilled suppliers from the local area and let the season set the direction.
Game is sourced from the nature around us, free-range poultry comes from Elias in Rubjerg, and vegetables are delivered by Rasmus from Trudslev Grønt in Løkken. The fish comes from the North Sea, and when possible, we also forage herbs and flavours in the nature surrounding the seaside hotel.
It is the kitchen’s way of bringing the surroundings directly onto the plate.
